Veteran Stand Down on Saturday, June 26th 

FLVCS Stand Down Table 2019

The JFCS of the Suncoast will host a Veteran Stand Down on Saturday for the benefit of homeless veterans. Florida Veterans for Common Sense Fund has participated in the Sarasota Stand Downs from the beginning. In 2019, the last year the Stand Down was held, FLVCS Fund members aided a WWII veteran apply for sorely needed VA benefits. The VA awarded the the veteran $20,000 in unpaid benefits.
